Link Purpose (In Context)
A link's purpose can be determined from its text alone or its text plus its surrounding context.
Why it matters
Screen reader users often navigate by pulling up a list of all links on a page out of context. A page with ten links that all say 'Click here' or 'Read more' is a list of ten identical, meaningless entries.

axe-core can flag an empty link or a link whose only content is an unlabelled icon. Whether 'Read more' text is actually ambiguous in context is a meaning judgement, which is what Openwell's vision + DOM pass evaluates.
